A sad motor car fatality occurred in Market Street, Hyde, last night, when Elizabeth Hague (five), of Martin Street, Hyde, was knocked down and killed by a motor car. The girl, who was following her brother across the street, was the daughter of Private John Joseph Hague, of the Royal Welsh Fusiliers, stationed at Whitchurch, Salop.
